EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Board President and the Chairpersons of the Planning and Performance Committees, along with the Superintendent, and Human Resources Director comprise the Executive Committee.  They will meet regularly for the purpose of Agenda Planning. The Board President will act as the Executive Committee Chair.

The Executive Committee is responsible for:

• Continuous development of the Board’s governing capacity 
• Coordination of standing committee work 
• Preparation of full Board meeting agendas 
• Maintenance of the Board-Superintendent working relationship 
• Coordinating Biannual Staff surveys
