Incoming 6th & New Student Orientation
WEB (Where Everybody Belongs) Orientation is for any incoming 6th grade student or any student that is new to Lincoln Middle School.
WEB (Where Everybody Belongs) Orientation is for any incoming 6th grade student or any student that is new to Lincoln Middle School.
This orientation is designed to make the transition from elementary school to middle school a positive and successful one. Eighth graders will be serving as leaders and mentors. Large and small group activities are designed to address students’ needs and concerns in an enjoyable manner. Following is some important information:
- Orientation for all 6th graders and new students to Lincoln Middle School is Monday, August 19, 2024 from 8:00am-12:00pm.
- You may drop your child off at the gymnasium entrance. This is a student only function so we encourage you to let your child attend on his or her own.
- An optional parent meeting will be held at 8:00 am in the Middle School Media Center with our administrators and the Middle School parent group, PS3.
- Your child is encouraged not to bring backpacks, purses or other like items, as the day is quite active. Also, please make certain that your child wears comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Skirts are not recommended.
- A healthy snack will be provided.
