Congratulations to Michele Williams, Bishop’s Young Fives teacher, on being named the LCS Employee of the Month! Michele’s dedication to our youngest Splitters ensures they are well-prepared for kindergarten and beyond. She goes above and beyond in and out of the classroom—revamping Bishop Field Day, fostering staff morale through the Building Bishop Up initiative, and always putting students first.
As Abby Smith shared, “Michele truly believes in working collaboratively with her colleagues to solve problems… She has never allowed roadblocks or challenging circumstances to get in her way of doing what is best for children.”
