Celebrate Our Legacy: 100-Year Anniversary for the 2024-25 School Year!

As we look ahead to the 2024-25 school year, it is with immense pride and excitement that we invite you to join us in celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Lincoln Consolidated Schools! This centennial marks a century of academic excellence, community service, and lifelong learning. To commemorate this historic occasion, we have planned a series of special events that will honor our past, celebrate our present, and inspire our future.

Homecoming
September 27

Kick off the celebrations with our traditional Homecoming Parade! Watch as our students, staff, and alumni come together to showcase their school spirit with floats, marching bands, and vintage vehicles. It’s the perfect opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the community.

Before the big game, join fellow fans at the Splitterfest Tailgate for some pre-game excitement. Wear your school colors, and prepare for an evening filled with great company, and spirited anticipation.

Take a walk down memory lane in our Memorabilia Gallery, which will be set up at the LAB. Explore artifacts, photographs, and stories from our district’s past. Relive the moments that have defined generations of learning and friendship.

Whether you graduated ten years ago or fifty, the All Class Reunion is your chance to reconnect with classmates, meet new friends, and share your stories and experiences. It's a reunion for the ages, celebrating everyone who has walked our halls.

Anniversary Celebration
October 31

On October 31st, Lincoln Consolidated Schools will celebrate the school district with a special anniversary that will not only reflect on our past 100 years of educational excellence but also set the stage for future generations.

We are honored to have distinguished guests and dignitaries join us for this celebration. The highlight of the event will be the official dedication of the Lincoln Historical Gallery in the Performing Arts Center lobby. The gallery will feature panels highlighting the history and photos of Lincoln Consolidated Schools that capture the  rich history and milestones of our district over the past century.

District Art Show
May 7

Our District-wide Art Show will feature a diverse range of artworks created by students from all grade levels. The exhibit will include paintings, sculptures, digital art, and more, showcasing the incredible creativity and skill of our students. It's a perfect way to appreciate the artistic achievements of our young artists and gain insight into their perspectives through their artwork.

In conjunction with the art show, we will be dedicating a district-wide Time Capsule. Each school within the district is invited to contribute items that are emblematic of their current experiences and community spirit. The time capsule will serve as a historical artifact for future generations of students, staff, and community members to unveil.

As we prepare to celebrate this incredible milestone, we reflect on the journey that has shaped our educational community. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of our district's story. This Centennial Celebration is a landmark event, and we look forward to sharing this memorable day with you.
